During your consult, Regina will take an assessment of your skin that measures pigmentation, pore size, sun damage, texture, and wrinkles to come up with your custom treatment plan. A Skin Concierge is someone who is knowledgeable on all things skin, ranging from services to products, to help guide patients like you to achieve the skin of your dreams. Through a 30-45 minute consultation, our Skin Concierge will create a customized treatment plan to help meet your skin goals. You’ll leave feeling more educated on your skin and informed about the right skincare journey for you.
Our Skin Concierge will dive deep into your skin history, along with an in-depth analysis using our latest VISIA machine. The VISIA machine does everything from scanning and measuring your pigmentation, pore size, clogged pores, sun damage, and wrinkles. With this information, we can assess for a more targeted treatment plan and track your results. Our Skin Concierge also works alongside esteemed providers to accurately evaluate patients’ skin type and concerns and select the best treatment to fit their needs.
Consultations are an opportunity for patients to learn about everything Images Med Spa has to offer, discover what treatments they want based on their individual concerns, and learn about the downtime and contraindications. Consultations before an appointment will help limit the unknown before stepping into an injector’s room or under a laser. Consultations will help to further educate patients on how their skin goals can be realistically addressed.
Regina was born and raised in Chicago. She went to UIUC for biology and instead, fell in love with customer service. She loves consulting about aesthetics and loves building meaningful and long lasting relationships with her clientele. Regina is super easy going and loves a good laugh. Outside of work Regina loves to travel and is a food junkie, oysters being one of her favorite obsessions. You can catch her at our Wheaton location from Monday-Friday with a funky set of nails and all the knowledge of our beauty services and products.
